1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase (download) something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the email address you give so that the product can be sent onto you.
We may send you emails about new products and other updates but we will obtain your permission first and even if you opt in you can unsubscribe from our email list at any time.
We do not use any other information beyond your email address.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason (such as joining our newsletter or other mailing list) we’ll ask you directly for your expressed consent before doing so.

In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. At present the third-party services we use are:
- Gumroad who we use for digital sales or digital product distribution; and
- Mailchimp who we use for delivery of our newsletter.
These service providers will have their own privacy policies in respect to the information they gather as part of their service to us and you can find these on their websites.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service. When you click on links on our store that direct you away from our site we do not accept responsibility for the privacy practices of other sites you might access.
